- Technical assistance for applying current, voltage and power transducers that Sentran presently manufactures.
- Engineering development services for special current, voltage and power transducers, at no cost, for re-packaging or adjustment current ranges of existing products for customers that place an order.
- Low cost development services for custom made current sensor components that fit inside customer instruments, meters or systems.
- Licensing agreements for developing patented ideas in the area of current sensing.
- Private labeling for customer current sensors, transformers and transducers.

- Is there an engineering charge to make a custom made bus bar split CT's?
- There is no engineering charge to make custom size bus bar CT's. Sentran has the ability to fabricate just about any size window and current range. Besides, there are over 50 sizes already developed.
- Are standard split and bushing sizes available?
- Yes, there are over 75 standard sizes of combinations of windows and current ranges.
- What is the delivery time?
- Generally, delivery is 4 to 6 weeks from date of order. Sentran does not build to stock due to the wide variety of customer requirements. But, if you work with us, we can make your size(s) and hold them in stock if you take delivery regularly and within 6 months.
- Are private labels available?
- Yes, we can provide private labeling. In some cases, ETL or UL labels can also be provided if you agree to pay a fee to be listed in the ETL or UL directory and our report.
- Are you interested in licensing agreements to produce and market new products?
- Yes, Sentran feels there are many new products that can be developed for current sensing -- especially in the low current ranges.
- Are detailed specification sheets available?
- Please call 1-888-390-2621 and details for any of our products will be faxed or sent overnight for your evaluation.
- What is your pricing policy?
- Sentran has a price list with price breaks in ranges as follows: 1-3, 4-9, 10-24, 25-49, 50-99. We do not provide this list to customers since it changes weekly due to cost of magnetic materials. Please call 1-888-390-2621 for price quotes. Sentran will enter into annual agreements and hold prices for the duration of the contract.
- Are the products registered with a independent safety testing organization?
- The products have been tested by ETL and are registered in their catalog similar to UL.
- What is the warranty policy?
- All current transformers have a 5 year warranty against material and workmanship. Transducers have a 1 year warranty.
- Do you provide application assistance?
- Yes, our engineering staff will, at no cost, provide application assistance for products already developed. Development projects for new products will also be undertaken under contract.
